Is a 404 error in Tivimate always a problem with the playlist provider?

Not always. While often caused by the provider, a 404 error can also result from issues within Tivimate itself, such as corrupted cache data. Clearing the cache (Settings > General > Clear Cache) can sometimes resolve the issue. It could also be a temporary network glitch.
