As a last resort, try completely uninstalling the printer driver and reinstalling it. Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners, select your Canon printer, and click 'Remove device'. Then, download the latest driver from the Canon website and install it as a new printer. Ensure you have the printer's model number handy.
