Clearing the Netflix app's data and cache can often resolve the TVQ-ST-106 error. On most devices (Android TV, Fire TV, etc.), you can find this option in Settings > Apps > Netflix > Storage. Select 'Clear Cache' and then 'Clear Data'. You'll need to sign back into Netflix afterward.
