First, ensure your Wi-Fi router is working correctly and has a strong signal. Restart your LabelWriter and your router. Then, during the driver installation, carefully follow the on-screen prompts to connect to your Wi-Fi network. Double-check that you've entered the correct password. If problems persist, try resetting the LabelWriter to factory settings (refer to your LabelWriter's manual).
