Several cleaning methods can be attempted. First, try the printer's built-in power cleaning function through the printer's menu. If that fails, manually cleaning the print head is necessary. Carefully remove the print head assembly (refer to your printer's manual for instructions), soak it in a mild cleaning solution (isopropyl alcohol diluted with water) for a few minutes, and gently wipe it with a lint-free cloth. Reinstall the print head and run a test print.
