Verify that the user attempting to print has permissions to access the shared printer. Right-click the printer in 'Devices and Printers', select 'Printer Properties', go to the 'Sharing' tab, and click 'Permissions'. Ensure the user or a group they belong to has 'Print' permissions. Also, check the sharing permissions on the folder where the printer driver is located.
