A false 'Paper Jam' error can be caused by a sensor malfunction. Gently clean the paper sensors inside the printer using a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using liquids. If the error persists, try resetting the printer by turning it off, unplugging it for 60 seconds, and then plugging it back in and turning it on. Also, check for any obstructions in the paper path.
