The Print Spooler service manages all print jobs. If it becomes stuck or corrupted, it can prevent any printing, including to network printers. To reset it: Type 'services.msc' in the Start menu search and open 'Services'. Locate 'Print Spooler' in the list. Right-click it and select 'Stop'. Then, navigate to `C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS` and delete all files inside this folder (these are pending print jobs). Go back to the Services window, right-click 'Print Spooler' again, and select 'Start'.
