A director takes care of his/her employees. He is the leader of a company. He orders his employees do most of his paperwork, but he still have to review their work. Not only bossing his employees, a director also must be an example to his company. During meeting, a director becomes the judge of someone's work, he's the one who decide whether it's a go or it's a no. The director trusts his secretary, so every time he has a meeting with another company, he takes his secretary.
